Frequently asked queries
01 How can I pay for my appointment?
We are happy to accept payments by cash or card at reception in the surgery, or card payments over the phone.
02 What if I can't pay on the day?
If you can't pay at the time you see your doctor, we're happy to send you a bill by email or by post. Please note that, owing to the additional admin involved in doing so, we do charge a £5 fee for this extra service.
03 What if I can't afford to see a doctor?
We appreciate that there are times when money can be tight, but your health has to be a priority. If you can't afford your appointment, please don't let that stop you from getting the healthcare you need. We're happy to talk to you about deferring payment or arranging a payment plan to suit your situation. Please just ask to speak to the Practice Manager in confidence and let's see what we can do to help you out.
