We’re open Monday to Saturday, and we will always strive to find a way to see urgent cases on the same day.

Welcoming new Patients!
6th October 2026
Good news – our books are open again! Since Easter we’ve had to limit the number of new patients we could take on, simply because there was more work than doctors to go round. That’s changed now Dr Dan McCaul has joined the team, so if you’ve been waiting to register with us (or just fancy a change), we’d love to hear from you. Give reception a call on 731 421 or pop in and we’ll sort out the paperwork. All new registrations are still subject to approval by one of our GPs, but please don’t let that put you off.

We’re thrilled to invite Dr Dan McCaul to the team. He’s an ex-Navy doctor who’s travelled the world in the course of his duties and is the man to see for travel health, fitness to work and a host of other specialist areas.

Self-Service Check-in

Route du Fort are pleased to announce that we have a new self-service check-in system.
We appreciate that sometimes there is a bit of a queue at reception, and waiting to check-in can be a bit frustrating, especially if you are tight for time.
To make life easier, we have recently implemented a self-service check-in system, so that you can bypass the queue entirely. All you need to do is go to the tablet computer in the reception area and enter your date of birth, so that the system can find you and check you in.
Please note that it is only by checking-in that our doctors will know that you are here and waiting. If they do not see that you have arrived on our systems, they will call in their next patient and you will not be seen.
