Dr Steel

Originally from near Edinburgh, I am a Scottish GP who trained in Dundee, where I completed my medical degree (MBChB, 2005) and foundation (junior doctor) training. I then spent ten years in Lincolnshire, undertaking my GP training and working as an NHS GP. During this time, I also served as Clinical Lead for Women and Child Health for the Lincolnshire Care Commissioning Group until my relocation to Jersey.

I hold additional qualifications including DRCOG (2009) and MRCGP (2013).

I am a mother of two teenage children and a proud owner of two wonderful golden retrievers, who keep me busy outside of work. I have a strong passion for fitness and, when I’m not in the clinic, you’ll usually find me out walking the dogs or pounding the pavements.

Professionally, I have a special interest in menopause care and weight management. I am passionate about supporting patients to become the best version of themselves at every stage of life, offering a holistic, compassionate, and practical approach to health and wellbeing.
